Answering machine: No outgoing message and/ or beep audible

The answering machine is active during an incoming call but the outgoing message and/ or the beep is not audible. Nevertheless the caller could leave a mesage.


The reason for this problem is a collision of the current ringer melody and the current ring delay time in combination with certain PSTN networks/ PBXs/ provider boxes and gateways.


This problem can be solved by changing the ringer melody of the base station or changing the ring delay time.
