Door intercom is not working

Whether the door intercom is supplied with power, you can recognize by lighted bell keys.

 

Are the keys, or one of them, not lighted, please examine the following issues:

 

Does the control unit is supplied with power?

The status LED of the control unit must be light green, or flashing green/orange.

 

Does the connection cable between door intercom and control unit was plugged to the specified contacts?

At the door intercom at the end of the cable there must be the green plug. Please examine the correct fit of the plug.

At the control unit the cable has to be connected to the plug labeled with TFE. Please examine the correct fit of the plug too.
