How do base and sensors communicate?

Data which is captured by the sensors is sent to the base station via DECT-ULE. ULE stands for Ultra Low Energy and is particularly suitable for an efficient transfer of small data packets. Gigaset is equipped with a longterm experience in the area of DECT and has pushed the DECT-ULE development. The standard is distinguished by its high reliability in operation, low power consumption and high data security.

The range of the sensors in your home correlates with other DECT devices such as cordless phones, but they must not be more than 50 m away from base. Currently there aren´t any known interferences between Gigaset elements and other DECT devices; we would like to hear your feedback, if you notice any malfunctions concerning this matter.
