You can use safe mode to start your device with only the original software and apps that came with your device. Some apps that you can download may cause your device to freezing, crashing, be slow or keep restarting itself. If the problem does not happen in safe mode, the problem is probably caused by a third-party app downloaded on your Gigaset device.
If your device is on, follow these steps to reboot to safe mode:
1. Press & hold the Power button.
2. In the box that opens, touch & hold Power off.
3. You’ll see a “Reboot to safe mode” box. Tap OK.
4. Your Gigaset device will start in safe mode. You'll see the words "Safe mode" in a box at the bottom of the display.
Now, use the Gigaset device normally and see if the problem still happens in safe mode. Remember that you can use only original apps in safe mode, not any downloaded apps.
To Exit the safe mode just restart the Gigaset device.

To transfer all your important data from an iOS device to your new Android™ phone, you should first back up your contacts to a Google Account:
1. create a Google Account
2. connect your iPhone to your computer
3. open iTunes and click the Info tab
4. select Contacts from the drop-down menu
As soon as you enter your account credentials, the contacts stored on your iPhone will be copied to your Google Account. When you set up your new Android™ phone, your data is automatically transferred to your new Android™ phone when you sign in your Google Account. To take your photos, music and video files with you when you switch from iOS to Android™ to your new phone, you should sync your iPhone with iTunes.

Videos and music can be downloaded to the Android™ smartphone via Tunesync app. Photos can be stored temporarily on your computer via USB cable and inserted into a directory of the Android™ device via drag & drop.
The changeover is quick and easy if you use the online photo service Picasa. Install the app on your iPhone and upload your photos to the Google service. The Google+ app lets you quickly find your photos on your new Android™ smartphone.
Google has introduced a new security feature in Android version 5.1 that is designed to protect smartphones even if they are stolen and the thief performs a factory reset.
In this case, all data is normally deleted from the device and the phone is reset to its factory defaults.
However, in order to prevent unauthorized access to the smartphone, Google has introduced the so-called "Android Factory Reset Protection" (FRP). This means that after a factory reset, the last Google account used on the device is requested before the smartphone can be used again.
A factory reset does not help a thief much, because even afterwards the device is not yet freely accessible.
Only after entering of the Google credentials smartphone unlocked again.
If the security message appears and the security code or Google account is no longer known, you only have the option to restore your credentials via Google.
