Total price of the goods
A detailed list of the total cost of the goods including all associated charges, taxes and fees is provided at the end of the order process, prior to submitting the order.
There will be no freight, delivery or shipping costs calculated.

Payment, delivery and performance conditions
Refer to §§ 3, 4, 5 and 6 of our General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for the payment, delivery and performance conditions.

Statutory liability for defects
We shall be liable for material defects and defects of title in connection with the goods delivered pursuant to § 7 of our GTC in accordance with the statutory requirements.

Right of cancellation
Section 10 of our GTC makes reference to an existing right of cancellation, the conditions and time limits for this right, as well as the procedure for exercising the right of cancellation. This information is also referred to separately during the order process prior to the order being submitted. You will also receive the information about the right of cancellation following the submission of your order in the "confirmation of order" and "contract, payment and shipping confirmation" eMails.

Individual technical steps leading to conclusion of a contract
You can choose products from our online catalogue and collect these products in a shopping basket using the "Add to the shopping basket" button. With the "Order and pay" button, you are submitting a binding order for the items in the shopping basket. This order is a binding request to us on your part to buy the products from the shopping basket. Immediately before submitting the order, you can see and modify the data. However, the order for the products in the shopping basket can only be submitted and transmitted when you accept these contractual conditions by ticking the box next to the fields entitled "I have read the terms and conditions and agree to them." and ""I have read the conditions of revocation", and thus become part of the binding order submitted. Immediately after the order is sent by pressing the "Order and pay" button, you are directed to the internet site of the payment service provider that you specified from the payment options "Credit card", "PayPal" and "Express bank transfer". Following completion of the payment process, an automatic confirmation will appear on the screen. In the case of advance payment, an automatic confirmation appears immediately after the order is sent. This automatic confirmation contains a payment request for you along with the information required to perform the bank transfer. This automatic confirmation only informs you that the order has been received by us and does not represent contractual acceptance. The contract is only concluded when we submit a declaration of acceptance, which will be sent at the latest within two working days with a separate "confirmation of order" eMail for the order you placed.

Storage of the text of the contract and accessibility for the customer
The text of the contract will be stored electronically by us. The text of the contract is made available to you when we send the "confirmation of order" and "Contract, payment and shipping confirmation" eMails. In addition, you can view our general terms and conditions - both the current version as well as the version valid at the time of contract conclusion - at any time in our online shop https://www.gigaset.com/hq_en/business_terms. From your user account, you also have access to the confirmation of order, invoice and tracking link for each order.

Identifying and correcting input errors prior to submitting the contract
In the last step before submitting your order, you will once again be shown all the details of the information you have provided. You can check your details and, if necessary, directly correct errors in your information or return to previous order steps.

Languages available for conclusion of the contract
The contract language is German only.
