What I can do if I can not delete an external call diversion?

If you can not delete the call diversion of your device (e.g. relocation from your access) you have to reset the base completely:

  • Unplug the power supply
  • Press the paging key and keep him depressed
  • Plug the power supply in again
  • Hold down the paging key for 5 more seconds

After this procedure the base is reset to default and all handsets will be deregistered.
