How can I remove duplicate contacts from the handset?
If you have saved all current contacts onto the Mac, you can perform the following steps:
- Start Gigaset QuickSync
- Switch to Setup Sync and deactivate the Sync Manager
- Switch to the contact list and click "Refresh from phone"
- Select and delete all of the contacts (drag them to the Mac Trash)
- Click "Update with phone" to delete all contacts on the handset
- Close and restart Gigaset QuickSync
- Switch to Setup Sync and reactivate the Sync Manager. Configure the data synchronization direction as Mac to handset
- Synchronize the data
