Why does the scrolling function not work anymore?
A possible reason is when both features "Talk Back" and "Explore by touch" are activated.
To restore the scroll function "Explore by touch" must be deactivated.
Please perform the following steps.
- Menu
- Settings
- Operating aids
- Explore by touch -> OFF
Note:
- Double touch all touch points
- Scroll in the menus with two fingers simultaneously
