After an update to the newestl software version the fax is not working, what can I do?
Due to the new functions on the FAX port (FXS port / Int 8) with the version 093 (DX800A) and version 094 (DX600) you have to set up the FXS port after the update.
- Open menu
- Select "Settings"
- Select "System"
- Select "FXS-Port"
- Select Mode "Telephony/Fax"
- Confirm the settings with "Save"
After that you have set up the receive connections for the internal user Int8 again:
- Open Mneu
- Select "Settings"
- Select "Telephony"
- Select "Receive connection"
- Select Internal user 8
- Select the receive MSN(s) for Int 8
- Confirm the settings with "Save"
