Gigaset presents first CeBIT 2014 highlights: New high-end Bluetooth stereo headsets ZX530 and ZX830

Munich, March 6, 2014 – Gigaset is presenting the ZX530 and ZX830, two new high-end stereo Bluetooth headsets in the premium and midrange segment, as one of the highlights of this year’s trade fair.

High-quality connection to end-user devices
Bluetooth headsets are becoming increasingly popular, both in business and private life. In particular users who are often on the road need headsets that boast top quality both technically and optically," says Maik Brockmann, CSO of Gigaset AG. The new Gigaset headsets meet both these demands, making them the perfect companion to any smartphone.

Both have Bluetooth 4.0 and thus enable smooth connection up to a range of 10 meters. The headsets can also be connected to two devices simultaneously. Various convenience features, such as a stepless volume adjustment, an on/off switch for long standby times or battery level display via iPhone (as of iOS version 6), together with the option of voice commands for querying the headset's status or taking incoming calls, ensure maximum ease of use.

Gigaset's tried-and-tested sound quality
Gigaset's ZX530 and ZX830 are two Bluetooth headsets in the midrange and premium segment. The ZX530 is the right choice for anyone wanting a high-quality headset in the midrange price segment. Its crystal-clear sound, a standby time of up to 120 hours and a talk time of up to five hours make it the perfect companion in everyday life.

The ZX830 is positioned as a high-end headset which, thanks to near field communication (NFC), can be connected even more easily to several end-user devices at the same time. Users can enjoy its crystal-clear sound and excellent voice quality even longer thanks to a standby time of 180 hours and talk time of 8.5 hours.

To enjoy the new headsets' first-class sound twofold, both the ZX830 and ZX530 come with an extra earpiece. As a result, you can also use the two headsets in stereo mode and so not only enjoy calls, but also music, films and games, in excellent stereo quality.

Ultra-compact headset class
The Gigaset Bluetooth headsets come in an ultra-compact, unobtrusive design. The ZX530 measures 50 x 15 x 10.5 mm and weighs just 7 grams. The ZX830 measures 57 x 15.5 x 11 mm and weighs 8.5 grams.
