Which problems can occur with e-Mail notification?

The following problems can appear. The messages are shown a couple of seconds in the display of the handset.

Server not reachable:
The connection to the Mail server could not be established. The following can be the reason:

• Wrong Mail server name.
• Temporary Mail server problems.

Workaround:

• Check settings (how to in the user manual).

Repeat the procedure later.
Currently not possible
The phone resources are blocked. E.g.

• Two VoIP connections are established
• A second handset is connected with the Mail server

Workaround:

• Repeat the procedure later.

Registration aborted!
Incorrect Mail server registration. The following can be the reason:

• Wrong Mail server name, wrong user name or password

Workaround:

• Check settings (how to in the user manual).

E-Mail Settings incomplete!

• Mail server name, user name or password is incomplete.

Workaround:

• Check settings (how to in the user manual).
