My base is offline, why?

There can be several reasons for receiving a message that your base is offline. If you're at home, go to your base station, where you can see what the problem is by a simple look at the LEDs:

- All 3 LEDs are off: base has no power. If this is the case, make sure that the network cable is correctly attached to the power socket.

- The top LED is lit up, the middle LED is flashing slowly (1x per sec): base is not connected to the Internet. Check that the LAN cable is connected with base correctly and your Internet router.You should also look up, whether your Internet connection is working in general.

- The top LED is lit up, the middle LED is flashing quickly (2x per sec): An Internet connection is available, but it is not possible to connect to the cloud. This might be caused by an activated firewall. As an Internet-based system, in exceptional cases it cannot be completely ruled out that the Gigaset elements server is unavailable. If this is the case, you will be informed under Current.
