Compensation

Taking into account the Act Implementing the Second Shareholders' Rights Directive ("ARUG II") and the German Corporate Governance Code, the Supervisory Board adopted a Compensation System for the members of the Executive Board and submitted the Compensation System to the Annual General Meeting on 8 June 2021 under agenda item 6 for approval. The Annual General Meeting approved the system for the compensation of the members of the Executive Board with a majority of 99.88 %.
Each year, the Executive Board and the Supervisory Board prepare a clear and comprehensible report on the compensation granted and owed to each member of the Executive Board and the Supervisory Board in the previous financial year.
