A fully integrated technological system consisting of individual components that are seamlessly interlinked and, in conjunction with strategic partners and external third parties, represent a decisive added value for the customer.

The core business consists of the development, production and distribution of DECT cordless phones for private customers. Gigaset is Europe's market leader in this segment and also ranks among the top 5 manufacturers internationally.

The company has been active in this business segment since 2016. The mobile devices represent a logical extension of the product range from the Phones portfolio. Gigaset focuses on marketing products in the low to medium price segment using the Android® operating system. Gigaset also launched the first smartphone "Made in Germany" in mid-2018 and has been continuously developing further smartphones with this unique selling point ever since. Most recently, the Gigaset GX6 outdoor smartphone was introduced.

Gigaset entered the smart home market back in 2012. The company relies on a sensor-based and modular approach that can be adapted and changed by the customer at any time. Continuous updates and further developments of the products are ensured by the associated cloud and app technology. The company currently focuses on three application areas: Smart Security, Smart Comfort and Smart Care.

In addition to the wide range of products in the B2C segment, Gigaset also offers products for business customers who are looking for professional communication solutions. The product range includes white label products sold under third party brands as well as Gigaset's own product series Gigaset pro, which provides high-quality desktop and mobile telephony solutions based on IP, as well as scalable single and multi-cells for SME and enterprise customers.

Independent product tests and readers' polls regularly confirm that Gigaset products are at the top in terms of quality, features and usability.
