Gigaset AG, Bocholt, is an internationally active holding company in the field of communications technology. Its most important subsidiary is Gigaset Communications GmbH, which is wholly owned by Gigaset AG.

Gigaset Communications GmbH develops, manufactures and distributes products in four core areas, which together form the Gigaset Eco-System. Phones

The core business consists of the development, production and distribution of DECT cordless phones for private customers. Gigaset offers the most comprehensive product range of all telephony manufacturers in this business segment and occupies price points from the low to the premium range. Gigaset is Europe's market leader in this segment and also ranks among the top 5 manufacturers internationally.

Smartphones

The company has been active in this business segment since 2016. The mobile devices represent a logical extension of the product range from the Phones portfolio. Gigaset focuses on marketing products in the low to medium price segment using the Android® operating system. Gigaset also launched the first smartphone "Made in Germany" in mid-2018 and has been continuously developing further smartphones with this unique selling point ever since. Smart Home

Gigaset entered the smart home market back in 2012. The company relies on a sensor-based and modular approach that can be adapted and changed by the customer at any time. Professional

The product range includes white label products sold under third party brands as well as Gigaset's own product series Gigaset pro, which provides high-quality desktop and mobile telephony solutions based on IP, as well as scalable single and multi-cells for SME and enterprise customers.

Many products have received design awards such as the IF Design Award or the Red dot Award for their timeless, elegant design.
