Ihre Aufgaben
- Technische Analyse und Verfeinerung abstrakter Anforderung in konkrete Security Software User Stories
- Management der Cyber Security Anforderungen für unterschiedliche Produkte / Produktgruppen
- Unterstützung und Beratung der Produktmanagern mit technischem Security Wissen
- Koordination und Planung der Entwicklung von Cyber-Security Produktkomponenten über Backlog, Sprint und Increment
- Analyse und Bewertung von produktspezifischen Cyber-Security Issues
- Regelmäßige Statusreports zu Stakeholdern
Das bringen Sie mit
- Abgeschlossenes technisches Fach-/Hochschulstudium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation sowie erste praktische Erfahrung und vorzeigbares Wissen in der Software-Entwicklung
- Leadership-Einstellung und hohe Motivationsfähigkeiten, um auch virtuelle Teams zu führen
- Gute Kenntnisse und Erfahrung in der Anwendung der Programmiersprache C, C++, Java oder vergleichbarer Sprachen
- Erfahrung im Bereich Cloud-Security (API/ interface & Maintenance) und/oder Embedded-Security (local web, linux) idealerweise im Telekommunikationsbereich
- Kenntnisse zu zentralen Security Technologien, wie z. B. TLS, Key Management, Secure Boot, Secure Software Update, TEE, HSMs, Intrusion Detection
- Erste Erfahrung als (technischer) Product Owner sind wünschenswert
- Idealerweise Erfahrung mit Scrum, Kanban Methoden
- Idealerweise Erfahrungen mit Confluence und Jira
- Interesse an Systemverständnis und Weitsicht
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in deutscher und englischer Sprache; Polnischkenntnisse sind ein Plus
