Ihre Aufgaben
- Konzeption, Planung, Organisation und Kontrolle aller Maßnahmen der Öffentlichkeits- und Pressearbeit
- Beauftragung, Steuerung und Beaufsichtigung diverser Agenturen und Dienstleister
- Beantwortung tagesaktueller Medienanfragen
- Kontaktpflege mit allen für die Außendarstellung der Organisation relevanten Institutionen, Medien und Personen
- Media- und Influencer Relations, Ausbau und Pflege von Medien- und Bloggerkontakten
- Themen- und Issue Management
- Entwicklung von Storylines u. a. für Vorträge
- Verfassen und Redigieren von Pressemitteilungen, Pressebeiträgen und anderen Texten
- Vorbereitung, Begleitung und Nachbereitung von Medienterminen; Pressekonferenzen, Interviews des Vorstands
- Präsentation des Unternehmens auf externen Veranstaltungen
Das bringen Sie mit
- Ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium, idealerweise im Bereich Sozial- oder Geisteswissenschaften, Kommunikationswissenschaften, Journalistik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in PR-Agenturen, Unternehmen oder Medienbereichen
- Nach Möglichkeit journalistische Erfahrung und Kenntnisse im Bereich der klassischen Medienlandschaft in Deutschland, digitaler Medien sowie der Nutzung von Social Media
- Erfahrungen in der Entwicklung von Kommunikationsstrategien und -konzepten sowie deren Umsetzung
- Interesse an der Technik rund um Smartphones, Smart Home und Telekommunikation ebenso wie für gesellschaftlich relevante Themen
- Fingerspitzengefühl beim Verfassen von Texten und Konzeptionen
- Präsentationssicherheit, offenes und freundliches Auftreten
- Sehr gute Deutsch – und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Spaß an der Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Partnern und Kunden
