Information about Corona

Dear Gigaset customer, 

we also take the current situation around the corona virus very seriously, an issue that affects us all. We monitor daily developments and will do our best to be able to offer you the usual Gigaset service and process all orders as quickly as possible. 
To protect our employees from the corona virus and to slow it down, we have also taken appropriate measures. Many of our employees work for you from home, for example customer service. As usual, you can reach your colleagues by phone and email. 
At our logistics location, work is now carried out in separate shift systems. In this way we can ensure that our employees are given the best possible protection while ensuring that your order is processed quickly. 
We ask for your understanding if there should be delays in the coming days or weeks due to further serious developments on the subject of corona. In this case we will of course inform you as soon as possible.
