  • Please add your probe via Gluepad or Screw behind your dishwaser for example. The silver pins have to show to the front. Now you can add the glue pad to your Sensor and glue it in 1,30 height. The probe need to touch the floor.

  • On some walls, the adhesive pad does not hold and it is better to drill the probe on the wall. The probe can also be drilled or glued directly into the ground. Mainly the silver pins point in the direction you suspect the water.

  • The upper sensor is not waterproof, because it has small openings to measure temperature and relative humidity.

      • If you can´t remember your password, you can simply reset it. You can use the function FORGOT PASSWORD on the login screen:

        In the given field you need to enter the email address that you used to register your Gigaset elements system. Then click on CONTINUE.

        You will get an email containing a link. Follow the instructions to reset your password. Please make sure that your new password is strong enough.

      • No, the water is like a smoke detector designed to sound the alarm only in an emergency. If the probe is always in contact with water, the battery will be empty within days.

      • If you want to wipe off moisture for example, you can pause the alarm for 15 minutes with a 2 second click on the pairing button. The break is shown in the app.
