Ad hoc release: Member of Gigaset AG Supervisory Board resigns for personal reasons

The Executive Board of Gigaset AG has been informed today that Dr. Dr. Peter Löw will resign from his position as Member of the Supervisory Board for personal reasons. Dr. Dr. Peter Löw was Member of the Board of the company since August 26, 2010. Pursuant to the company's Articles of Association his resignation will become effective upon June 1st, 2013. Dr. Dr. Löw remains a major shareholder of Gigaset AG and retains his friendly connections to the company.
