Ad hoc release: Supervisory board elects Bernhard Riedel as new chairman

In today’s meeting the Supervisory Board of Gigaset AG unanimously elected Mr. Bernhard Riedel as the new chairman.

In this role Mr. Riedel succeeds Rudi Lamprecht, who resigned for private and personal reasons.

Rudi Lamprecht, Member of the Gigaset AG Supervisory Board since June 10, 2011 and Chairman of the Supervisory Board, will resign his position as Chairman of the Supervisory Board for purely personal and private reasons and leave the Supervisory Board on March 15, 2013.
