What can I do if I can't receive any faxes?
- Please check if the Fax port is active (Menu -> Settings -> System -> Fax Port)
- If the connected fax machine is a multi-function device please select the setting "fax-mode" and not "multi-function-mode". Please have a look into your manual from the fax machine to change these setting.
Update your Gigaset to the newest firmware (Menu -> Settings -> System -> Firmware-Update).
