How can I make an internet connection with the device?
- If there is a cable USB connection between the base station and the computer, an online connection is only possible with an installed Capi.
- If there is a wireless connection between the base station and the Gigaset M34 USB, USB adapter DECT, Gigaset M101 or Gigaset M105, the installation of a “Uni-Modem”- or WAN driver is possible. With these driver (available on the product under “gigaset-usb-adapter”) a modem for the particular interface will be installed. Basically, we recommend to use the WAN driver.
- With Gigaset Base stations and Bluetooth interface it is possible to make a connection with an additional Bluetooth adapter. It is not necessary to install the Talk&Surf or the Capi for an online connection
