I´m not able to log into the web app, even if I try various browsers. Why?
If the webapp is not even accessible with a different browser, it probably traces back to your security settings. In most cases the login is impossible because your browser doesn´t allow any “third-party cookies”. Activate this option in the settings to use the web app again.
If you don´t want to restrict your security settings by permitting third-party cookies, you have to allow the cookies of following websites separately:
- gigaset-elements.com
- api.gigaset-elements.de
- im.gigaset-elements.de
- my.gigaset-elements.com
