Easy calling, reliable connectivity and quick access to important functions: With the Gigaset GL30 and GL40, Gigaset is expanding its mobile phone portfolio with two new 4G models designed around ease of use, good readability and everyday safety. The GL30 features a classic candybar design, while the GL40 combines the benefits of a flip phone with a larger display. Both models are available in Black, Cream White and Red.

The GL30 and GL40 are designed for people who primarily use their mobile phone for making calls and staying reliably connected. Large keys and fonts, a clear user interface and high-contrast colour displays make the phones easy to navigate. Both devices are hearing aid compatible and support 4G/LTE and Voice over LTE (VoLTE) for clear HD voice quality.

For added safety, both models feature an SOS emergency button on the back. Pressing and holding the button automatically calls up to five predefined emergency contacts in sequence until someone answers. Three direct-dial keys, A, B and C, also provide quick access to frequently used contacts. A blocklist and trusted list, each with capacity for up to 50 entries, help users manage unwanted calls.
Charging is equally straightforward: The GL30 and GL40 can simply be placed in the supplied charging cradle or charged via USB-C.
GL30: Classic design and long battery life
The Gigaset GL30 combines the familiar design of a classic feature phone with a high-contrast 2.2-inch colour display. Large keys and a clear menu structure provide quick access to essential functions.
The replaceable 1,400 mAh battery provides up to 13 days of standby time and up to nine hours of talk time, making the GL30 a reliable companion both at home and on the go. An integrated camera, Bluetooth 5.0 and an LED torch complete the feature set.
GL40: Flip open and start talking
For those who prefer a flip phone, the Gigaset GL40 is the ideal alternative. Its high-contrast 2.8-inch colour display provides more space for text, menus and icons. When the phone is closed, the display and keypad are protected, while the compact design makes it easy to carry.
The flip design also makes taking calls particularly easy: Incoming calls can be answered by opening the phone and ended by closing it. The replaceable 1,400 mAh battery provides up to ten days of standby time and up to eight hours of talk time. Bluetooth 5.0, a camera and an LED torch round off the feature set.
Four models for different needs
With the GL30 and GL40, Gigaset is adding two models to its existing range that deliberately focus on the essential functions. Users can choose between the classic candybar design of the GL30 and the flip design of the GL40.
For those looking for additional convenience features, the Gigaset GL695 and GL795 offer more extensive functionality. Both feature Audio Boost for increased call volume, a 2-megapixel camera and storage for up to 1,000 phonebook entries. The classic GL695 also features a high-contrast 2.31-inch IPS colour display.
The GL795 flip phone adds a 1.77-inch front display, allowing users to see information such as the time and incoming calls without opening the phone. A 2.8-inch main display, Audio Boost and IP54 protection add to its convenience features.
Gigaset therefore offers a choice of form factors and feature levels within its 4G mobile phone portfolio to meet different individual needs.
GL695 and GL795 now also available in White
There is even more choice for the established models: The Gigaset GL695 and GL795 will also be available in White. The new light colour option complements the existing versions and expands the choice across the portfolio.
Regardless of form factor or feature set, all four models share the same approach: keeping communication straightforward and making important functions easily accessible when they are needed in everyday life.
