Enterprise mobile solutions with sovereign OS capability
Gigaset Technologies GmbH, a leading European communications technology provider, today announced a strategic partnership with Swiss sovereign mobile operating system specialist Apostrophy. Under the strategic partnership, Apostrophy will enable Gigaset to integrate sovereign OS capabilities into ist enterprise offerings, empowering business customers with enhanced control, auditability and data sovereignty on mobile devices.
Under the collaboration, Apostrophy will provide a sovereign-capable mobile operating system solution tailored to the needs of enterprise customers, including public institutions, regulated industries and large corporate deployments, to be integrated into Gigaset’s devices. This solution is designed to support organisations that require greater assurance over software control, security and compliance — addressinggrowing demand for sovereign technology stacks beyond traditional Android and iOS ecosystems.
Gigaset’s enterprise market spans a comprehensive range of business communications solutions and devices designed for organisations of all sizes. The company has a long heritage in mobile communications portfolio for private and business customers as well as business telephony solutions for SoHo, SMEs and the Enterprises sector.
The new sovereign OS-enabled solution is anticipated to be available to enterprise partners and customers, marking a significant step in Gigaset’s enterprise mobility roadmap.
