The contract of Maik Brockmann, the Executive Board member responsible for corporate affairs, will not be renewed. It will expire effective March 31, 2015. “The Supervisory Board would to thank Maik Brockmann for his good work and wish him all the best for the future," states Bernhard Riedel.
