Ad hoc release: Chairman of Gigaset AG Supervisory Board resigns for personal reasons

 

Rudi Lamprecht, Member of the Gigaset AG Supervisory Board since June 10, 2011 and Chairman of the Supervisory Board, will resign his position as Chairman of the Supervisory Board for purely personal and private reasons and leave the Supervisory Board on March 15, 2013. As the elected substitute member of the Gigaset AG Supervisory Board; Ms Barbara Thätig will succeed Mr Lamprecht. The Supervisory Board is expected to elect a new chairman at its next meeting on March 22, 2013.
