Freely configurable: 10 (36) LED keys with up to 36 functions

The Gigaset P850W IP PRO and Gigaset P855BW IP PRO feature 10 freely assignable, self-labelling function keys with multi-coloured LEDs, which can be expanded to up to 36 functions. They can be individually assigned with speed dialling, call forwarding or status indicators – quickly, clearly and efficiently. This saves time, reduces sources of error and makes the phones particularly intuitive to use.

Stay flexible: Wi-Fi, Bluetooth & USB

Both models offer Wi-Fi connectivity and can therefore be integrated into the network wirelessly – perfect for flexible workplaces, home office scenarios or meeting rooms.

The P850W IP PRO has 2 USB ports for accessories or future expansions.
The P855BW IP PRO offers Bluetooth 5.2 for wireless headsets and 1 USB port.

These differences allow you to choose the right model for your infrastructure and user preferences.

Keep track of everything at all times: 5’ colour display

The large TFT color display with 480 x 272 pixels ensures excellent visibility in all lighting conditions. The P855BW IP PRO also features a steplessly tiltable screen of up to 40°, allowing users to adjust it to their individual viewing angle. This provides greater ergonomics and comfort at the workplace.

Always clear calls: HD audio with noise filter

Both devices offer HD audio quality – in the handset, via headset or in hands-free mode. Advanced noise suppression ensures excellent clarity, even with background noise. Like all models in the Gigaset P series, both phones are hearing aid compatible and therefore suitable for barrier-free workplaces.

Expandable with keypad module: Gigaset P800 KEY PRO

For those who need even more control – e.g. at reception or for users with high call volumes – the Gigaset P850W IP PRO and P855BW IP PRO can be expanded with the Gigaset P800 KEY PRO. The keypad module offers 20 physical function keys with LED status indicators and supports up to 60 individually assignable functions – ideal for reception areas, assistant workstations and frequent callers.

The simple USB connection, intuitive operation and visual status indicators make the module a powerful tool for efficient call management in everyday working life.

Quick and easy installation – secure management

The Gigaset P850W IP PRO and P855BW IP PRO can be installed in no time at all – either via Plug & Play or conveniently via remote configuration. Thanks to the Gigaset Redirection and Provisioning Environment (GRAPE), the phones can be securely provisioned, managed and updated remotely. GRAPE complies with European data protection standards, and the backend services are hosted in Germany and operated within Europe.

The P850W IP PRO and P855BW IP PRO are interoperable with leading PBX systems and enable smooth integration into existing company infrastructures thanks to remote management and a proven service level with local pre- and post-sales support.
