Munich, April 10, 2013 - From 16 April, it will once again be time to "take off with Gigaset pro". This year too, the official roadshow for business partners of Gigaset's business customer segment will take place at a total of nine airports in Germany. The tour will be centered around the new opportunities, innovative concepts and intelligent solutions offered by IT telephony in small and medium-sized enterprises – and of course circular sightseeing flights which can be won at each of the event venues.
The IT and TC markets within the business customer segment remain significant growth drivers for Gigaset pro. The IT and TC segments are becoming increasingly interlinked and offer huge market potential for resellers/system houses and their business. With its roadshow in 2013, Gigaset pro is looking to help its business partners not only to make optimum use of the opportunities offered by pro products but also to market this potential.
"Our roadshow in 2012 was a big success," said Maik Brockmann, CSO of Gigaset AG. "The roadshow brings us closer to resellers and distributors and allows us to associate with them on a more personal and detailed level on location. These two advantages are so important to us from the point of view of our customer relationships that we have brought the roadshow forward to before this year's CeBIT appearance and further expanded the format. For example, Teldat, our special guest, will give a talk on setting up WLAN infrastructures and TC system coupling via VPN."
A mixture of information and entertainment
With the roadshow, the business specialists are expecting an eventful day with a variety of talks, detailed product presentations, personal specialist and background discussions and of course the chance to get off to a flying start – quite literally. At each of the nine event venues, those taking part will be able to win one of six circular sightseeing flights. As a result, there will be a total of 45 opportunities to "take off with Gigaset pro".
"This year too, we will use the roadshow to present our current devices and solutions," said Udo Kerger, Head of Sales at Gigaset pro for DACH. "We will also present our partner program which is to be introduced in April 2013. At the same time, we will briefly introduce our Interop partners who have auto-provisioned and implemented our IP telephones and DECT multi-cell solution within their own TC systems."
The 2013 Gigaset pro roadshow starts on 16 April 2013 and will take place at a total of nine small airports. The following venues feature on the tour list: Schönhagen (Berlin) on April 16, Gera on April 17, Bayreuth on April 18, Augsburg on May 7, Freiburg on May 8, Egelsbach on May 14, Schwarze Heide on May 15, Hildesheim on May 21 and Ganderkesee on May 22.
A pan-European roadshow will take place at the same time in Austria, Holland, France and England.
