To ensure your important personal data without any damage risk during the upgrade, we highly recommend that you backup them before the upgrade. - Please note that the SD card may need to be formatted after the upgrade due to changed compatibility requirements of the new Android version. Please make a BACKUP in advance to prevent the loss of important files.
