Description

Sensors recognise emergencies

Motion sensors make the R700H protect PRO a decisive safety factor: they recognise various alarm scenarios that are independent of the user's intentions, e.g. falls, immobility and escape alarms. A time-dependent alarm (in which the user is prompted to enter something at certain times) and a technical alarm (e.g. warning of loss of connection) can also be set.

Help at the touch of a button

How reassuring when you can press an alarm button in an emergency. The R700H protect PRO has a red SOS alarm button for manual alarm triggering. The curved shape makes it easy to press even when wearing work gloves - and the emergency is forwarded immediately.

More workplace safety through AML

The robust handset with extended alarm functions is ideal for AML (Alarm, Messaging and Location). Depending on the application and installation location, you can choose between three different alarm modes, Basic*, Alarm and PNG in the menu.

Basic mode is a call-based mode that can also be used behind third-party DECT systems and even without an alarm server. Alarm and PNG mode are used with a variety of alarm servers via the MQTT interface. The alarm call is sent to the alarm server via MQTT protocol or call. This ensures a fast response time when every minute counts.

LED torch for alarm support

The integrated LED torch brings light into dark working environments - and is also an important part of alarm signalling. This is because the light allows an accident victim to be found quickly, even in poor visibility conditions.

The torch in combination with the vibration alarm ensures that alarms do not go unnoticed even in noisy areas. A visual call display is also possible on the large colour display.

Location in emergencies: with Bluetooth beacons and beacon scan

The handset behaves like a BLE beacon (small radio transmitter). Each beacon is assigned to a person. This means that location servers/BLE receivers are able to calculate the employee's location at any time. This allows you to quickly locate where the person is in an emergency and organise help.

Ready for Microsoft Teams

With the R700H protect PRO, calls can be made and received via Microsoft Teams. Calls can also be merged or muted. Voicemails can be listened to and notifications draw attention to new voicemails. Joining Teams meetings is possible by entering the meeting access number directly via the handset. Prerequisite for this: The R700H protect PRO is connected to one of the newer Gigaset single or multicell systems (N610 IP PRO, N670 IP PRO, N870 IP PRO, N870E IP PRO). Toughest working conditions? No problem

Thanks to the protection class IP65, the handset is protected against the ingress of dust and water jets. And metal dust doesn't stand a chance either - thanks to the special magnetic shielding. The R700H protect PRO has a scratch-resistant display and is designed so that it can also be operated with work gloves - important in extreme working environments. At the same time, the rubberised surface gives the device a good grip. The surface is resistant to disinfectants for easy cleaning. Also perfect for hygiene-sensitive areas.

Reliable companion

The DECT phone does it all, from the start of work to the end: With up to 13 hours of talk time and up to 300 hours of standby time, the handset is always ready - for communication and lone worker protection. Always ready to hand thanks to the integrated belt clip. A swivelling clip is available as an accessory.

Environmentally friendly design and future-proof

The R700H protect PRO is powered by standard, rechargeable AAA batteries instead of lithium-ion batteries. If necessary, the AAA batteries can be easily and inexpensively replaced. This means that the R700H protect PRO already fulfils the requirements of the EU Ecodesign Directive and can be used in existing and new projects in a future-proof manner.

Accessible even over long distances

The R700H protect PRO is optimised for use with all professional Gigaset DECT systems. These DECT systems ensure that your employees can be reached even over long distances - in the production hall as well as in the warehouse or outside on the company premises.

You can also use the handset on CAT-iq and GAP-compatible base stations from third-party providers - in single and multi-cell environments. Auto-provisioning makes it easier for you to configure all handsets efficiently.
