Whether celebrating with family or watching television, in some situations it would be nice if your cordless telephone simply offered more volume. Not a problem with your new large-key telephone. With the Gigaset E560, you can set the volume at five stages, plus you can quickly double the volume simply by pressing the "extra loud" key on the side of the handset. This uncomplicated way of controlling volume is always useful when you have to react quickly to changes in surrounding sounds or when two people with different hearing abilities live in one household.

You should be able to recognize important things at first glance. This is why our telephones with large keys offer you a well-designed TFT panorama display with large font and clear graphics. This guarantees you outstanding legibility, thanks to the lighting even in difficult lighting conditions. The spacious keypad provides ample space for the extra-large keys. They are illuminated, nonslip, and easy to press.

Play it safe with the Gigaset E560.

You can store particularly important telephone numbers on the four quick-dial keys and then dial them at the press of a button. Quick-dial key A also serves as a special emergency call key and can be configured with an SOS function. You can store up to four SOS numbers on this key at the same time, for example, the telephone numbers of relatives or neighbours.

How the emergency call function works:

1. When you activate the SOS function (quick-dial key A), all four stored telephone numbers are called in succession. They are dialled up to three times in a row – until someone picks up.

2. When the called party picks up, he or she hears an emergency call message; either a preset message or a message you have recorded (with E560A only).

3. The called party can then speak personally with you by pressing the 5 key.

Are you often on the go and don't want to miss any calls? Then the Gigaset E560A large-key telephone with answering machine is perfect. You can conveniently operate the answering machine with the large keys on the base station. The base station offers excellent acoustics in the hands-free mode and is simultaneously an independent telephone with quick-dial keys and emergency call function. What's also good is that you have up to 170 seconds for your individual answer message. In addition, the answering machine provides 25 minutes for recording numerous messages.

It has a lot to offer:
a high level of convenience and a great overview.

Clear light signals: A white flashing light from the top edge of the cordless telephone signals an incoming call. This additional visual LED signal serves as a nice feature, in addition to the ring tone or when you have turned down the telephone. It can also be used as a torch.

Baby monitor mode: Thanks to this function, you can very easily monitor rooms. When noise exceeds a certain threshold, a call can be initiated internally to the other handsets or externally. In the baby monitor mode, incoming telephone calls are signalled only visually on the display, that is, without the ring tone.

Adjustable volume: By pressing the keys on the side of the handset, you can set the volume in five stages and also double the volume to ""extra loud"" in seconds.

Clearly audible: even with hearing aids.

Due to unwanted background noise, even calls you want can become a strain if you wear hearing aids. The large-key telephone models of the Gigaset E560 series are therefore hearing-aid-compatible (HAC) in accordance with the European ITU-T P.370 standard. Our cordless telephones thus make it possible for users with inductively coupled hearing aids to make telephone calls without disturbing noises.

Easy to reach anywhere.

Calmly answer the telephone – anywhere. That's possible with the Gigaset E560/E560A because additional handsets can be added to the system and placed wherever you want. Radiation-free thanks to ECO DECT.

Like all Gigaset cordless telephones, the Gigaset E560 series is equipped with the environmentally friendly ECO DECT technology. This means that the telephones are radiation-free in standby mode, even if several handsets are used, as long as the base station and all registered handsets also support ECO DECT. During a telephone conversation, the transmitting power is automatically adjusted to the distance between the base station and the handset. The shorter the distance to the base station, the lower the radiation. For the maximum DECT range, the ECO DECT mode can be deactivated at any time.
