With the help of speech recognition, text input becomes particularly easy.

Especially in old age, the clear display of information brings a high level of comfort. With a screen diagonal of 16 cm, the almost frameless display of the Gigaset GS5 senior is more than twice as long as it is wide - so there's plenty of room for everything that's important, and the device fits comfortably in your hand at the same time. Particularly high-contrast and bright, the panoramic display with Full HD+ resolution also offers the best conditions for viewing and taking great pictures. Or for a video call to be close to your loved ones even from a distance.

The display comes from the factory with a protective film applied. To ensure that the GS5 senior is not damaged if it is accidentally dropped, the leather booklet case, which is also included, also ensures this.

With its powerful battery, the GS5 senior is a reliable companion for days of moderate use. It provides up to 30 hours of talk time on the 3G network. If it needs to be charged at some point, this is particularly easy via the magnetic charging cable, which connects almost by itself.

To ensure a long service life for your GS5 senior, the battery can also be replaced at the end of its service life in just a few simple steps by the user without having to send the smartphone to the service department - an important sustainability aspect for Gigaset.

The Gigaset GS5 senior is part of the Gigaset Battery Save initiative for more sustainability: Extensive tests have shown that the life of a smartphone battery can be extended many times over if it is not regularly fully charged. That's why the battery is only charged to 90 percent by default (can be deactivated at any time in the device settings).
