This advanced communication system combines professional telephony functions with an intuitive and comprehensive web configurator in a versatile and user-friendly product.
The Gigaset IP-Base is a future-orientated communication tool that fits seamlessly into the digital telecommunications landscape. Thanks to its high flexibility and scalability, it is ideal for use by demanding private users, small offices or home offices. The IP-Base allows users to manage multiple lines while providing excellent coverage and sound quality. The set-up and operation are designed so that users can easily access all functions even without prior technical knowledge.
Gigaset IP base
The Gigaset IP base combines the best from the world of Gigaset telephony. Internet telephony (VoIP) enables calls in high definition quality, and the user-friendly configurator makes it easy to set up and manage the Gigaset IP base.
Telephony
In digital communication, calls are no longer transmitted via the telephone line, but as digital data via the Internet. The advantages are excellent sound in HD, the ability to manage up to six IP-based phone numbers and make up to four calls simultaneously. In addition, up to six Gigaset HX handsets (CAT-iq) can be registered, which offers a high degree of flexibility.
Web configurator
The new Gigaset Web Configurator with its intuitive user interface enables quick configuration and commissioning of the base station. With access to the Gigaset wizards, DECT and VoIP connections as well as call diversions and DECT repeaters can be set up effortlessly.
Contact management
With a capacity of up to 500 entries in the central phone book, the Gigaset IP base offers first-class storage options. The integration of Google and Microsoft 365 accounts also enables the storage of 1,000 contacts each, maximising communication efficiency.
Answering machine with time control
The Gigaset IP base has three digital answering machines that enable a clear allocation of private and business calls or the assignment of individual numbers and answering machines to family members. The answering machines can be individually time-controlled via the web configurator so that calls are automatically diverted after business hours, for example.
In addition to the standard IP base, Gigaset offers three complete devices, namely the COMFORT 500A IP base, COMFORT 520A IP base and COMFORT 550A IP base. These models offer identical functions but differ in colour. With the introduction of the Gigaset IP Base and its variants, the company is continuing on its path of innovation and quality.
