Realignment at Gigaset: Technical excellence and start-up mentality
At its meeting on December 15, 2015, the Gigaset AG Supervisory Board appointed Mr. Klaus Weßing and Mr. Hans-Henning Doerr as members of the Executive Board of Gigaset AG with immediate effect. Mr. Weßing is the new CEO of Gigaset AG, Mr. Doerr takes over the position of CFO. At the same time Charles Fränkl and Kai Dorn were recalled as board members.

Handover of the Gigaset ME to Thomas Müller, Xabi Alonso and Thiago
