Ihre Aufgaben

Beratung und Betreuung der Mitarbeitenden und Führungskräfte in allen personalwirtschaftlichen und arbeitsrechtlichen Fragestellungen
Aktive Planung, Abstimmung und Durchführung von Recruitingprozessen (inkl. Vertragserstellung)
Mitarbeit beim Aufbau, Pflege und Optimierung von HR Prozessen und Projekten
Mitwirkung bei der Gestaltung und Umsetzung eines unternehmensweiten Incentive-Systems
Mitwirkung bei der Forecast- und Budgetplanung national und international
Umsetzung von Personalentwicklungsprozessen national und international
Ansprechpartner für die Mitarbeitenden in den internationalen Branch Offices
Umsetzung von Organisationsänderungen in Zusammenarbeit mit der Arbeitnehmervertretung

Das bringen Sie mit

Abgeschlossenes wirtschaftliches Studium mit den Schwerpunkten Personal, Organisation oder Arbeitsrecht oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Relevante Erfahrung im Bereich Personalberatung / HR (auch international)
Kenntnisse im Arbeits- und Tarifrecht
Erfahrungen mit Incentivesystemen
Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Sicherer Umgang mit den MS-Office Programmen, insbesondere MS-Excel
SAP-HR Kenntnisse
Interkulturelle Erfahrungen sind von Vorteil
Sichere Handhabung von digitalen Recruitingkanälen
