When it's dusty, wet or dirty, other smartphones reach their limits. You can rely on the Gigaset GX4: It has a robust housing that complies with the military standard MIL-STD-810H and is dustproof and waterproof to IP68. So it's just right for work, sports, hobbies or outdoor activities. Its textured polycarbonate back provides a secure grip, while the display is protected by scratch-resistant Corning^® Gorilla^® Glass. The frame of the TPU double-injected protective housing is made of aluminium, magnesium and titanium, among other materials, and easily withstands drops and strong vibrations. The GX4 also withstands extreme temperatures and is waterproof up to 1.5 metres for 30 minutes. And so that you can enjoy it for a long time, it can be cleaned with clear water, soaps, disinfectants or alcohol.

If you want to let your pictures do the talking, you should have the right equipment with you. You don't necessarily need heavy photo equipment for this: with the dual camera system of the Gigaset GX4, you are equipped for all uses. The integrated 48 MP wide-angle + 8 MP ultra-wide-angle are perfect for large motifs or panoramas, while the macro camera allows you to take fascinating close-up or detail shots. If you like taking high-resolution selfies or making video calls, you'll enjoy the 16 MP front camera. Of course, the GX4 can also record videos in QHD 1440p with 2160 x 1440 pixels. For both photos and videos, the dual-LED flash can be very helpful: During recording, both LEDs light up constantly and illuminate the surroundings even at night or in poor lighting conditions.

Why a small V makes a big difference: The 6.1" HD+ V-Notch display of the Gigaset GX4 has a tiny V-shaped cut-out at the top of the screen, in which the front camera is hidden. This makes the screen appear larger, and content is displayed clearly and distinctly - whether movies, videos or navigation apps. The screen is protected by scratch-resistant Corning® Gorilla® Glass, so your GX4 is safe even when you're outdoors. It won't let you down in sun, wind or rain: the brightness boost in sunlight (550 nits) ensures good readability even in particularly bright light conditions. Thanks to the high touch sensitivity, you can even operate your Gigaset smartphone with wet hands or gloves (up to 2 mm thick). So your hands always stay warm and dry, even outdoors.

What a single glance can do: the Gigaset GX4's facial recognition ensures that only you have access to your smartphone. The fingerprint scanner works just as biometrically, allowing you to unlock it just as securely and conveniently. You can also access your favourite functions or apps with your finger: whether you want to activate Google Maps, Google Assistant, SOS, the torch or the camera: With the programmable function key on the left side of the housing, you can open your personal favourite functions in seconds. The GX4 also has a triple slot for two nano SIM cards and a memory expansion. This means you can insert both a private and a business SIM card - and thus make all your calls with one device. Practical!
