Deine Aufgaben:

Planung und Durchführung externer und interner Audits zur Aufrechterhaltung des QM Systemsx
Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Managementreviews im Bereich QM
Unterstützung und Anleitung bei der Erstellung von internen Gigaset Prozessen und Verfahrensanweisungen
Review und Freigabe von Gigaset-Prozessen
Weiterentwicklung und Pflege des Gigaset Prozesshauses auf Basis von Confluence
Schulung der Gigaset Mitarbeiter in der Anwendung des Prozess-Hauses auf Basis von Confluence
Unterstützung der QM Organisation bei der Erstellung von Qualitätsstandards und kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozessen

Das bringst Du mit:

Abgeschlossenes ingenieurtechnisches Studium oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
Idealerweise Berufserfahrung als Qualitätsmanagementbeauftragter
Erfahrungen in der Durchführung von internen und externen Qualitätsaudits
Erfahrung im Umgang mit Atlassian Confluence
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
