Systemführer U-Linie (m/w/d)
Deine Aufgaben:
- Inbetriebnahme des Arbeitsplatzes. Montagesystem und dazugehörige Betriebsmittel vorbereiten.
- Vorbereiten und Steuern des Montagesystems. Ggfs. auftretende Störungen analysieren und soweit möglich beheben.
- Wartung des Montagesystems. Wechsel der Werkzeuge. Wartungsarbeiten einplanen und durchführen.
- Durchführen der Qualitätssicherung. Fehleranalyse sowie dazugehörige Dokumentation in der laufenden Serienfertigung.
- Reparatur in laufender Serienfertigung
- Verwaltung von Referenzgeräten und einfache Instandhaltung von Testequipment
- Bezug von Ersatzteilen/Material aus internen Lagern
- Fachliche Führung
Das bringst Du mit:
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im technischen Bereich, idealerweise Elektroniker für Geräte und Systeme.
- Eingehende Berufserfahrung im Produktionsumfeld (1-3 Jahre).
- Gute Kenntnisse von allgemeinen Betriebsabläufen im Umfeld einer Serienfertigung.
- Hohes technisches Verständnis und hohe Verantwortungsbereitschaft.
- Präzise und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise, sowie ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit.
- Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit im Rahmen eines Arbeitszeitmodells.
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift. Gute Englischkenntnisse wünschenswert.
