Are you looking for a reliable IP telephony system for your home, home office or small office? The Gigaset BasicLine IP is a compact IP DECT base station for modern Internet telephony (VoIP). It combines clear voice quality with easy setup and flexible use for multiple handsets.

With up to four IP-based phone numbers and the ability to conduct up to four calls simultaneously, you can be reached at any time. The central phone book stores up to 300 contacts and provides additional convenience in everyday life.

Thanks to the registration of up to six DECT handsets, IP telephony can be flexibly distributed across multiple rooms. Ideal for families, larger households or work areas with multiple telephones.

Setting up the Gigaset BasicLine IP is quick and easy. Using the integrated web configurator, you can conveniently set up the IP DECT base station via your PC, smartphone or tablet. Intelligent wizards guide you step by step through the most important settings, from the Internet connection to registering the handsets.

Even after the initial setup, operation remains simple. Settings such as call forwarding or updates can be managed clearly and intuitively. This allows the base station to adapt flexibly to your everyday requirements.

With up to six registered DECT phones and four simultaneous external calls, the Gigaset BasicLine IP is ideal for households, home office users and small offices. Up to four SIP accounts allow the use of different phone numbers, for example for private and business calls.

Internal calls between handsets are free of charge and can be set up quickly. HD Voice quality with G.722 codec ensures clear and natural communication.

As the Gigaset BasicLine IP is connected to the router via LAN, the IP DECT base station can be set up exactly where DECT coverage is best.

Cordless and energy-efficient: ECO DECT with the Gigaset BasicLine IP

Cordless phones offer everyday flexibility – and with ECO DECT, the Gigaset BasicLine IP also provides an energy-efficient and low-radiation solution. But what does ECO DECT mean in practice? In standby mode, the system is radiation-free – even when multiple handsets are registered, provided that the base station and all connected handsets support ECO DECT. During a call, the transmission power automatically adjusts to the distance between the base and the handset. This means: the closer the handset is to the base station, the lower the transmission power. To benefit from maximum DECT range, ECO DECT mode can be deactivated if required.
