In idle mode, the phones are radiation-free, provided all registered handsets support ECO DECT. During a call, transmission power automatically adjusts to the distance between the base and the handset. The shorter the distance, the lower the transmission power.

To achieve maximum DECT range, ECO DECT mode can be deactivated at any time if required.
