Plus X Award: Gigaset ION is Product of the Year 2021
The new Gigaset ION was only launched on the market in March 2021 and it has already received the prestigious Plus X Award 2021, not just in one category, but in five.
The ION combines the convenience of a DECT handset with broad connectivity to existing unified communication solutions and thus embodies the state of the art. This enabled it to score in the Innovation category. The durability and high quality - thus an investment for the future - is evaluated in the High Quality category. In the design, special attention is paid to reducing the complexity of the technology. It is becoming increasingly important for consumers that a product has a functional design. With its reduced design, the ION fulfils its functions efficiently and in a user-friendly manner and was therefore also awarded the Plus X Award seal of approval for functionality. The reduced complexity also contributes to the ION's ease of use.
connect readers' choice 2021: First place for Gigaset in the IP phone category
Once a year, the results of the Connect readers' poll are awaited with great interest in the telecommunications industry.
In 2021, more than 78,000 connect readers in Germany, Austria and Switzerland expressed their satisfaction with our products and once again awarded Gigaset the title of best IP phone manufacturer in the entire telecommunications industry in this year's readers' poll.
Plus X Award: Gigaset is Best Brand of the Year 2021
Not only did we impress the Plus X jury with individual products, but we were also named Best Brand of the Year 2021 in the field of telephones. Only a few companies receive this award, which is also only presented once a year.
Plus X recognises the brands that have collected the most awards in one category within one year. So we were able to convince with our products and are happy about this special award, because this gives Gigaset as a brand an added value that customers can trust.
